However, exchanges are allowed in the event that a product that a customer purchases is faulty, damaged, or does not fit the description on our website which they purchased. If an item was purchased that qualifies for an exchange, that item must be mailed back to microbladingstoreusa.com at the address below to execute the exchange.

• Item(s) should be securely packed.
• Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
